Vision
SVCE Alumni Association (SAA) shall serve as a platform to bridge the gap between Student and alumni interaction to build social, knowledgeable, motivational capital for SVCE.
Mission
- To connect the existing alumnus with the SVCE and bridge the gap of communication between alumnus and students.
- To promote exchange of academic and corporate experience with the students of the SVCE.
- To mentor and channelize the efforts of the students seeking better opportunities to learn and grow.
- To promote a goodwill and sense of pride to both alumni and students.
- To advice and conduct activities that shall motivate and upgrade student skill sets.
- To associate with the university management in planning and execution of alumni events.

15th Alumni Meet
Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering organized the 15th Alumni Meet on 19/10/19 (Saturday) at SVCE Auditorium. The alumni meet is conducted every year in order to facilitate, consolidate and coordinate Alumni Activities with the Alumni and celebrate their success and various achievements. The occasion was graced by Alumni ranging across various pass out batches, there were One hundred and fifty Alumni’s were present for the meet.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Rajakumara, Professor & HoD CV department welcomed all the Dignitaries and Alumni’s for 15th Alumni Meet.The Chief guest Dr. Shashidhar Muniyappa, Chief Executive Director, Sri Venkateshwara Group of Institutions and President, SAA Bengaluru interacted with alumnis with his compassionate words.
While addressing alumni, Dr Suresha, Principal SVCE, Vice-President, SAA Bengaluru underlined and praised the achievements of Alumni. He felt that it was a matter of great pride for SVCE that its Alumni are holding positions of responsibility in various Government Organizations, PSUs, Private sector, Academic Institutions etc. Many of them are successful entrepreneurs providing jobs to others as well. He praised their contribution towards the growth of SVCE for further strengthening the linkage between the Alumni and current students and also informed the Alumni’s to Contribute their knowledge to the juniors by conducting programs like training, placements, Seminar, Workshop, Career Guidance etc. Heads of various departments presented about Department activities.
Dr. Vijayashree R Budyal Head of Mechatronics department & secretary, SAA briefed about formation of SVCE Alumni Association (SAA), and mentioned the object of holding annual alumni meet for the advancement of our institute. The annual alumni meet witnessed the active involvement of the alumni and shared suggestions to strengthen the link between the current SVCE students and alumni for their support to current students in the area of training, placement, career counseling and any other help.
Dr.S C Lingareddy Professor & HoD of CSE Department proposed the vote of thanks. He thanked the Alumni for taking the time to come for the Alumni Meet who have made it a very special and memorable one. He also thanked the management of SVCE for the support and guidance which has made Alumni Meet 2019 a grand success.
