Research strength is one of the main metrics by which universities are measured, and universities usually have a keen interest in improving their research output and impact. As a result, the SVCE Library has taken action to help the institution’s research efforts by providing services such as plagiarism detection, Faculty IRINS Profile, writing tools, grammar check, article requests, and ETDs.
In addition to these initiatives, the SVCE Library can further strengthen the institution’s research ecosystem by promoting awareness and effective utilization of high-quality academic databases, citation management tools, and research analytics platforms. Conducting regular workshops on research methodology, academic publishing, intellectual property rights, and data management would empower faculty and students to produce impactful and ethically sound research. The library can also facilitate collaborations by creating subject-specific research guides and supporting interdisciplinary projects. By continuously evolving its services and aligning them with emerging research trends, the SVCE Library plays a vital role in enhancing the overall research visibility, productivity, and reputation of the institution.
